Ixora Court Apartment in Kuching is a mid-rise residential development comprising two apartment blocks arranged to enclose a central courtyard and vehicular parking area. The design integrates balconies and screening elements into a cohesive facade system that enhances shading, privacy, natural ventilation and filtered daylight, responding effectively to the tropical climate. Distinct yet harmonious colour palettes differentiate each block, strengthening identity and legibility while maintaining visual coherence. The inward-facing layout promotes community interaction, passive surveillance and improved microclimatic comfort.
