Kompleks Perkantoran Yudikatif Nusantara

The concept of ‘20 PILAR’ Yudikatif Complex was derived from traditional Indonesia vernacular architecture. Resulting mainly in the hybridization of various traditional Indonesian roof styles, namely, the ‘Karo Batak’, ‘South Nias’, ‘Java’ and ‘Sumba’ just to name a few. Copper was used primarily in the roof construction of the Complex. The high reflectivity of copper and its metallic colour serves to provide and expression of magnificence and grandness of the space, highlighting the power of the Kota Negara. Besides that, it is also able to illuminate spaces below. Other local materials such as timber and bamboo are also chosen for sustainability reasons, seeking to feature traditional timber carpentry to further enrich the cultural identity of the Complex.
