Kota Samarahan Indoor Stadium is articulated as a contemporary tropical civic architecture, where form, structure, and environmental strategy are closely integrated. The circular plan establishes a clear spatial hierarchy, organizing the arena as a centralized space surrounded by continuous spectator seating. This geometry enhances visual connectivity, acoustic performance, and efficient circulation, while reinforcing the stadium’s role as a communal landmark. The elevated curved roof, supported by a lightweight steel truss, creates a floating gesture while enabling a column-free span for flexible events. Materials such as steel, concrete, and cladding are offset by bold accents, ensuring durability and identity.
