The X-FAB Kuching factory expansion is a rigorously engineered industrial project defined by a legible mega-structure and robust infrastructure supporting semiconductor manufacturing. Long-span structural systems and high-load floor plates create column-free production halls accommodating cleanrooms, overhead services and maintenance gantries. Centralised plant rooms, service spines and redundant utilities ensure operational resilience, scalability and uninterrupted production. Logistics circulation is carefully segregated to protect cleanroom integrity. The building is wrapped in a continuous white metal cladding envelope that reflects heat, ensures durability and expresses X-FAB’s precise, technology-driven corporate identity.
