The site is surrounded by low-rises housing and 3 significant churches which adopted familiarly as landmarks within the area. It was developed from context of ‘churches as landmark’ and designed to continue as a new landmark along the streetscape. It will ass the value to the surrounding as the ‘cathedral of colour’, which eventually liven up the streetscape. It emerges as a combined architecture and product that reflects its business nature as paint dealer.
