The XFAB Sarawak 40k Expansion Project, located at Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone, Kuching, adds approx. 287,000 sqft. to the existing FAB and CUB facilities. The expansion includes a 4-storey FAB, 2-storey CUB, and ancillary buildings.

PDC serves as the local coordinating architect, covering compliance advice, planning submissions, performance-based fire safety approvals, BIM coordination, and certification for occupation.

Key challenges include addressing cleanroom compliance, NFPA standards, and navigating multi-level authority approvals in Sarawak to ensure timely delivery of this highly technical project.
