The project was a design study on the order of structure as part of the essence of architecture. In the architectural composition, the order and repertoire of elements that material and structure bring to architecture were explored and studied. This is exemplified by the innovative twin louvre wall system.
Due to budget constraint, client required the stadium to be natural ventilated but also able to be centrally air conditioned in the future. Design studies on the louver systems were done using the locally produced steel louvers. The twin louvers wall system with detachable louver panels allowed cross ventilation but minimize wind draft. It also became one of the main design compositional elements on the external walls.
