Four architects voluntary worked out a housing prototype of 14 semi-dee houses for Borneo Blitz Build by Habitat For Humanity Sarawak as the original design are not suitable due to budget constraint.

Apart of tight budget, the construction should be easy & fast as these houses will be constructed by local & foreign volunteers within 6 days. The design also have to be flexible to blend with sponsored materials could be found.

This prototype consists of basic habitable spaces for the needy; living room & dining room, one master bedroom & 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. But it also allows the owner to ‘expand’ the house when the family grows.
