The house was designed for a young family next to the family house. A house that reflects the character of the owner in search of identity from conventional and traditional. The form was emphasised on the solidity and heaviness of the overall in contrast to the lightness of the roof; the facades are interlocking components that carved out from solid volume, for balcony and openings; sun screens are elements without rhetoric, enhancing the practicality and functionality; in contrasting to the decorative houses along the streetscape.
